Add a touch of spring to your farmhouse decor with this Dollar Tree Carrot Patch Farmhouse Easter Decoration. It costs less than $5 to make and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

I got the crate, easter grass, ribbon and chalkboard sign required for this project at Dollar Tree and I already had buffalo check carrots son hand from last Easter. I got them at Hobby Lobby for $2-3 with a half off coupon. You can get the twine ones from Dollar Tree and hot glue some buffalo check fabric to them with the same effect. Micheals has a buffalo check bandana that would work for that purpose for $1.29 with a coupon, which you can get by signing up to their newsletters.

This easter decor idea would make a great addition to your easter tiered tray or as an accent piece on a table. It’s a quick and easy craft that is perfect for adults or even kids.

All you need to do to make this easter craft is paint your crate white, glue on the ribbon along the top edge, put in your easter grass, add your carrots and the sign.  To paint the crate, I used chalk paint similar to this one found on Amazon.
