  • Acrylic and spray paint. You can get acrylic paint for $0.50 each at Walmart. Spray paint cost $1-$3 at Walmart.
  • Dremel, pin vise or small drill bits to make small holes in shells for hanging

DIY Coastal Christmas Indoor Decorations

Glue shells to the foam cone using a hot glue gun.

oyster shells + foam cone + starfish + wood skewer

Glue the shells onto the foam. Put a wood skewer through the top of the cone and glue starfish onto it.
