If you just try one or two tips, you won’t save much money, but if you apply as many tips as you can, you will save you several thousand dollars a year.

      Wow! Such a great list. With credit card debt at an all time high, it should be mandatory that this list be memorized. Saving money and living within your means is really the best way in the long run. A lot less stressful. 🙂

      Another to add to the grocery savings list: Use TVP to stretch ground meats! Use broth to rehydrate the TVP granules, then mix it in with your meat and cook as usual. We literally double our ground meats this way, and save on fat and calories to boot.

      Also…get a meat grinder. We picked one up for five bucks at a yard sale, sterilized it, and use it to make our own ground meats. It’s cheaper, takes only a couple of minutes, and you know exactly what you’re eating.

      #482 is not recommended in my experience. Every city/state I have lived I prefer to shop local but always find local pharmacies are more expensive. When I am informed of the cost, I cancel and go to a Walmart.
