You can leave the finished design at its full 5.5 x 8.5-inch size or trim around the edges after folding, if desired.

Cardstock works best if you want a sturdier finished greeting card. Regular printer paper is perfectly fine if you’re using these mainly as quick Halloween coloring pages.

If kids are using markers, heavier cardstock can also help prevent the color from showing through to the other side.

How to Print and Fold the Halloween Cards

These cards are designed for standard US Letter-size paper, 8.5 x 11 inches.

1. Choose the one you want, then use the “Get The PDF Here” button below its preview.
2. Open the PDF using your preferred PDF reader.
3. Load white letter-size cardstock or printer paper into your printer.
4. Print the page in landscape orientation.
5. Let your child color the Halloween picture and lettering using crayons, colored pencils, or markers.
6. Fold the sheet in half along the center with the illustrated design facing outward. It will measure approximately 5.5 x 8.5 inches.
7. If you prefer a smaller card, use scissors or a paper trimmer to remove some of the extra border around the folded card. You can also leave it at the full size.
